Course Cancellation Policy:

Courses cancelled within 14 days will be subject to full payment. 

Rescheduling:
If you need to reschedule your course, this must be done 14 days prior to the course training date. Attempts will be made to offer an alternative course however this cannot be guaranteed. Full payment or booking fee may be required before rescheduling.

Late arrival:
Please let your course trainer know as soon as possible if you are running late.  Arrivals later than 30 minutes may not be able to complete the course.

No show: 

If you fail to show on the day of your course, no refund or alternative date will be given. If you wish to rebook full payment will be required.

Cancellation by Beauty Booth:
Beauty Booth holds the right to reschedule or cancel a course date if there are insufficient numbers booked or if circumstances arise that are out of our control. We will work with you to reschedule another course date. If no dates are suitable, we will offer a full refund of any money paid towards the course.
Beauty Booth will offer no further compensation.
